We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and profile details during registration. We also collect interview session transcripts, scores, and feedback generated during your use of the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, generate interview feedback, and communicate with you about your account. Interview transcripts are processed by AI models to generate scores and feedback.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: Stripe for payment processing, AI providers for interview analysis, and as required by law. Expert creators can see aggregated, anonymized statistics about their schemas.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Interview transcripts and feedback are retained for 2 years after session completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and secure authentication tokens. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may export your interview history and feedback at any time from your dashboard.
